Once we perform your foundation repair to your 100% satisfaction we will send you a recap of the work that was completed.  This will include details of all piling locations and concrete slab repairs that were made.  This will also include the Lifetime Transferable Warranty paperwork.  Should you have any adjustments that may be necessary during the life of the structure due to

settling, AAA Foundation Service will re-raise all areas of the foundation previously repaired with pilings by AAA Foundation Service, as provided in the terms of the original Agreement.

Also, our warranty is transferable if you choose to sell your home provided AAA Foundation Service is notified of the new owner’s name within 30 days after your closing date and a $200.00 transfer fee is paid.
