If any adjustments are necessary during the life of the structure due to settling, AAA Foundation Service will re-raise all areas of the foundation previously underpinned by our NASSA Piling System, without cost to the owner. The warranty is transferable provided AAA Foundation Service is paid a $125.00 transfer fee with written notification no later than 30 days after the sale of the home. |
